If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process

Upon delivery, immediately check your meat products to ensure they are vacuum-sealed and have arrived at a safe, chilled temperature.

If there are any discrepancies or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as evidence for our quality control team.

Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to issue a store credit, a full refund to your original payment method, or a priority replacement shipment.
